    MQS is a company registered in Azerbaijan in 1998. MQS was set on the base of Central Operating Laboratory for welding and testing of the Caucasus Energy Installation trust MQS founded to apply valuable work experience acquired during long-term working environment when constructing large-scale power stations and nuclear power plants on all territory of former Soviet Union.

    The main areas of MQS operations today are oil, gas, petrochemical renewable energy projects in Caspian region. The "Customer Satisfaction" and "Business Excellency" strategy of the Company allows growth through various partnerships and shared resource management. The main purpose of establishing policy is to meet and exceed client’s expectations and requirements through provision of flexible, high quality and cost-effective services. MQS is a flexible and customer focused company.

    MQS is locally registered Azeri company with 100% local content in terms of manning and we therefore believe it to be competitive from a cost standpoint. We thus benefit from being competitive on cost but can collaborate for strengthening purposes with appropriate international contractors. Managerial and leading personnel of the Company are experts in oil and gas industry with significant experience acquired from the FSU. Over the last few years MQS has forged links with local and State organizations involved in the oil & gas sector and have carried out significant projects for Western companies. In order to achieve this MQS has adopted Western style management systems and operates to international codes and standards. MQS has now established the database of competent trades personnel in order to meet the growing demand for project personnel.

    The Company employs experienced local specialist. Most of staff has reasonably English language skills.
